Flight Training

6 hours of flight training for the typerating for Beechcraft King Air 30/1900 are done on a FFS and another 6 hours on a FSTD. Emergency procedures and simulated engine failures as well as asymmetrical flight have to be trained by a Type Rating Instructor (TRI). Flight training can be reduced to 6h FFS if you have a valid B90-200 type rating.

Practical Examination/ Skill Test

The Check Flight is done on the same FFS as used in the flight training sessions. To pass the test the student pilot shows the necessary skills, knowledge and behavior to conduct the flight in a safe and professional manner.
